Day by Day Itinerary

What's Included

  • Airport Transfers: Private vehicle transfers to and from the airport.
  • Accommodation in Kathmandu & Pokhara: 2 nights’ accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara, including breakfast.
  • Tourist bus transportation between Kathmandu and Pokhara, and private jeep transportation between Pokhara and Darbang and Dhorpatan to Pokhara.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the trekking period.
  • Basic mountain lodges or tea houses during the trek.
  • An experienced, licensed trekking guide and porter service. One porter carries a maximum of 20 kg for two trekkers.
  • Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve Permit and Trekkers’ Information Management System (TIMS) card.
  • Purified drinking water using purification tablets, a first-aid kit, and an oximeter. Emergency helicopter rescue coordination is provided when required, with rescue costs covered by the traveler’s insurance.
  • Sleeping bag, down jacket, and duffel bag are available if required and must be returned after the trek.
  • All applicable government VAT, service charges, and official taxes.

What's Not Included

  • Nepal Entry Visa: Nepal visa fee, which can be obtained easily upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
  • Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory and should include coverage for trekking and emergency evacuation.
  • Meals in Kathmandu & Pokhara: Lunch and dinner are not included during your stay in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
  • Personal Expenses: Bottled or boiled water, hot and cold drinks, bar bills, laundry, telephone calls, internet/Wi-Fi, hot showers, and other personal expenses.
  • Extra Nights in Kathmandu: Additional accommodation costs resulting from early arrival, late departure, flight changes, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tips for trekking guides, porters, drivers, and other staff.
