Founder and Tour Leader
Rabin Subedi
Rabin Subedi began his career in Nepal’s tourism industry as a trekking guide, where he developed extensive firsthand knowledge of Nepal’s mountains, trails, cultures, and communities. Over the years, his experience and dedication to tourism led him to establish Adventure Shubha Nepal, where he now serves as the Founder and Tour Leader. Throughout his career, Rabin has arranged and personally led a wide range of journeys across Nepal, from remote and challenging regions such as Upper Dolpo and Kanchenjunga to cultural and family-oriented experiences throughout the country. His experience includes leading Trekking, Peak Climbing, Family adventures, Student groups, Cultural and Nature tours, and Buddhist and Hindu pilgrimage journeys. With years of experience in the field, Rabin combines practical knowledge, careful trip planning, and a genuine understanding of Nepal's diverse landscapes and cultures. As Founder and Tour Leader, he is committed to creating safe, authentic, and meaningful journeys while ensuring that every group receives personal attention and professional guidance throughout their time in Nepal.
Connect
Kumar is an experienced and passionate trekking guide from eastern Nepal, home to the magnificent Makalu, the world’s fifth-highest mountain. He has been leading treks in Nepal since 2010, bringing extensive knowledge of the Himalayas, local cultures, and mountain communities to every journey. His deep connection with the mountains and passion for sharing Nepal’s natural beauty and traditions make him a valued member of our team. Approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive, Kumar is always ready to encourage and assist travelers on the trail. He is also committed to responsible and sustainable tourism, promoting respect for local communities, cultures, and the environment. Whether leading a trek or exploring new trails, Kumar’s enthusiasm for nature, adventure, and Nepal’s mountains is evident in every journey.
Mike has been an integral part of our team for more than 10 years, bringing extensive experience, dedication, and a genuine passion for trekking in Nepal. During his time with us, he has led groups along many of Nepal’s renowned trekking routes as well as remote, off-the-beaten-path trails, giving him a broad understanding of the country’s diverse landscapes and cultures. In addition to leading treks, Mike plays an important role in trip planning and organization, helping ensure that every journey is carefully prepared and runs smoothly. His practical experience, leadership skills, and friendly approach make him a trusted member of our team and a reliable companion for travelers exploring Nepal.
